What happened?
HE IS A PLAIN BLACK CAT with a random gray-white spot on his right side, medium size, yellow eyes, thin fur, lack of fur on his hind legs, probably still wearing a harness from the time he escaped. Answers to : [ks-ks-ks-ks-ks]
